iTranscend ("the app") is operated by iTranscend Pulse Tech.

- Account email address, used for login and license management
- Purchase records, processed via Shopify
- Device identifiers, used solely to enforce your purchased device licenses
- Playback activity (tracks played), stored on our secure servers

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or any microphone/camera data.

How we use your data:
Your data is used exclusively to provide the iTranscend service - authentication, content delivery, and license enforcement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Data retention & deletion:
To request deletion of your account and data, email itranscends@gmail.com.

Children’s Privacy:
Our service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Content protection:
All audio content is encrypted and licensed per-device. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.

Changes to this Policy:
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
