iTranscends provides a hybrid wellness experience consisting of:

Digital Products: Proprietary morphic audio files delivered via download.
Physical Hardware: The iTranscend Pulse-Point device, designed to deliver acoustic vibrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery of Goods

Digital Delivery: Download links are typically delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. We reserve the right to limit download attempts to prevent unauthorized distribution.
Physical Shipping: Hardware orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are subject to carrier schedules and customs processing as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Content: All sales of digital audio files are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Hardware: The Pulse-Point device is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original, unused condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Technology

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Morphic Tone sequences, software, text, and the Pulse-Point design, is the exclusive property of iTranscends.

License for Use: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, private wellness use only.
Prohibited Acts: Commercial broadcasting, reverse-engineering of the audio frequencies, reselling, or unauthorized redistribution of our morphic files is strictly prohibited and protected by intellectual property law.

6. Limitation of Liability

iTranscends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Users acknowledge that results from acoustic wellness tools vary by individual and are used at the user’s own risk.

7. Governing Law
