Shipping policy

1. Digital Delivery All iTranscend Audio Series are digital products. Upon successful checkout, you will receive an instant download link via your registered email address. There are no shipping fees or wait times associated with digital-only orders.

2. Physical Hardware (iTranscend Pulse-Point) We provide worldwide shipping for our physical Pulse-Point devices.

  • Processing Time: Orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on local postal efficiency and customs processing.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your device is handed to our carrier, a Tracking Number will be automatically emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

3. Shipping Fees & Import Duties Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Guarantee Your investment is protected. If your physical product does not arrive within 21 business days of the shipment date, please contact us at support@itranscends.com. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund for the hardware portion of your order.

5. Combined "Hybrid" Orders For orders containing both digital series and hardware, your digital access is granted immediately after payment. The physical Pulse-Point will be shipped separately according to the timelines mentioned above.
