Refund policy

At iTranscends, we stand behind the quality of our acoustic technology. Because our offerings include both physical hardware and digital content, the following policies apply:

1. iTranscend Pulse-Point (Hardware)

We offer a 14-day return policy for the Pulse-Point hardware device.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the device is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [support@itranscends.com] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

2. Digital Audio Series (Morphic Frequencies)

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of digital audio files and downloads are final and non-refundable. * Once a download link has been generated or accessed, the product is considered "consumed."

  • Technical Support: If you experience technical issues (e.g., corrupted files or broken download links), please contact us within 48 hours. We will prioritize sending you a fresh link or a compatible file format to ensure you can access your purchase.

3. Bundled Purchases

If you purchased a "Hardware + Audio" bundle, the refund will only apply to the physical hardware portion of the bundle. The digital component value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Shipping & Cancellations

  • Hardware Shipping: Physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your Pulse-Point has shipped.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a hardware order anytime before it has been shipped. Once a shipping label is generated, the standard return process applies.

  • Digital Access: Digital products are delivered instantly via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your access link within 10 minutes of purchase.
