Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Digital Products All digital audio files are delivered via instant download links to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment. There are no shipping costs associated with digital-only orders.
2. Physical Products (iTranscend Pulse-Point) We offer international shipping for our physical hardware products.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Undelivered Items If your physical product does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@itranscends.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or we will refund.
5. Combined Orders If you purchase a digital and physical product together, your digital access is granted instantly, while the physical device will follow the shipping timelines stated above.
