Do I need the iTranscend Node to use any plan?

Yes. Every plan — including Free — requires the iTranscend Node. Signals play only through the Node via 3.5mm or USB-C. The Node is how precision signal delivery works. There is no Bluetooth option by design — wired delivery is the architecture.

What exactly is a .itp signal? Is it an audio file I download?

.itp is iTranscend's proprietary encrypted signal format — it is not an MP3 or transferable audio file. Signals are precision-engineered and licensed to your account and your Node. They play only through the iTranscend app on your registered device. The Free plan's 5 signals carry a perpetual license. Subscription signals are active while your plan is active.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. Aether is annual-only and non-refundable once personalized signals have been created for you.

What is the difference between Quick Reset and Deep Reset?

Quick Reset signals are fast-acting — designed for on-demand use during active moments. Deep Reset builds on the complete Quick Reset architecture and adds multi-dimensional signal layers for sustained, root-level recalibration over longer sessions. Deep Reset always contains everything in Quick Reset, plus more. It is a superset, not a replacement.

How do personalized signals work in the Aether plan?

Aether members complete a detailed Signal Brief immediately after joining. Based on your responses, a signal is built specifically for your patterns, timing, and goals — then delivered to your app under a Personal album tag. You receive two signals per year, one every six months. A 7-day check-in follows each delivery to refine the next one.

Can I combine multiple goals into one personalized signal?

Each personalized signal is engineered around a single, specific focus — one issue, one signal. This isn't a limitation; it's why they work. A signal built precisely around one pattern reaches far deeper than one attempting to address several at once. Your two annual signals are designed to be a sequence: start with whatever is most disruptive right now, let it shift over six months, then build the next signal on new ground. If you're working through multiple areas, that sequence becomes the strategy.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is your trial — it's included with every Node purchase and never expires. You get 5 Quick Reset signals (one from each launch album) with a perpetual license. That gives you a genuine experience of the system before committing to a subscription.
