Who can return.

Returns are available on your first iTranscend Node purchase only. This is an introductory offer — it is not available on repeat orders, replacement units, or any subsequent hardware purchase.

The return window is 30 days from your delivery confirmation date — the date your order is marked delivered, tracked via Shiprocket. The window does not begin from order creation or dispatch.

Once a refund has been processed, you are ineligible for the introductory 30-day Align trial on any future Node purchase.

What we accept.

The device must be fully functional and undamaged to be eligible. The following must be included in your return package:

  • iTranscend Node device — no cracks, deep scratches, or signs of misuse
  • All original cable(s) included with the device
  • Original packaging
  • All accessories included with your order

Returns that arrive incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of misuse will not be eligible for a refund. We will contact you if we receive a return we cannot process.

How to return.

Do not ship anything back without written approval — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

  1. Email support with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  2. Once approved, ship the device back within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.
  3. We confirm receipt and inspect the device. If everything is in order, your refund is processed within 7 business days.
  4. The refund is returned to your original payment method in the original currency.

Who pays for what.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any customs or import fees paid at the time of your order.

Return shipping is at your cost. iTranscend does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot process a refund for an item that does not reach us.

What happens to your account.

On return and refund confirmation, your Align trial access is revoked immediately. App access ends the same day. No partial-period credit is issued for the trial.

The five signals included permanently with every Node purchase — your Node-included signals — are also revoked upon return, as they are tied to hardware ownership.

What is not covered.

This policy covers the iTranscend Node hardware only. The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

Non-refundable

  • Align subscriptions — once the billing period has started
  • Amplify subscriptions — once the billing period has started
  • Aether — once the Signal Brief link has been issued
  • Repeat Node orders or replacement units
  • Orders where the 30-day window has elapsed
  • Devices returned without prior written approval
  • International orders returned due to refused or unpaid customs duties
