Acceptance of terms.

By accessing itranscends.com, placing an order, creating an account, or using the iTranscend Android app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website, purchase our products, or use the iTranscend app. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and account holders.

These terms were last updated in June 2026. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & services.

iTranscend offers a precision wellness ecosystem comprising three components that work together: the iTranscend Node (a wired hardware device), the iTranscend Android app, and a licensed Signal Library. Each component is described below.

iTranscend products are general wellness tools. They are not medical devices, diagnostic instruments, or therapeutic treatments. They are not approved or regulated by any medical authority in India or internationally.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, feature, or service at any time. Where a change materially affects an active subscription or purchase, we will provide reasonable notice by email.

iTranscend Node — hardware.

The iTranscend Node is a physical wired device that ships from Hyderabad, India. It connects to your Android phone via 3.5mm audio jack or USB-C and is required for signal playback. The Node has no Bluetooth, no wireless transmission capability, and no independent processing — it operates only when connected to a phone running the iTranscend app.

The Node is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Title to the device passes to you on delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Every Node purchase includes:

• Five signals — licensed to your account permanently, accessible as long as the app is operational
• 30 days of full Align signal library access — activated on delivery confirmation, not on order date

The Node is designed for use with Android devices running Android 8.0 or later. iOS is not supported at this time. iTranscend is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from use with unsupported devices or operating systems.

Signal library access.

Access to the iTranscend Signal Library is provided under a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence tied to your account. Signals are not files you own or download — they are encrypted signals accessible only through the iTranscend Android app on your registered device, via the Node.

Signal access is available under three tiers:

• Align — recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Access to all Align signals across all available albums. Renews automatically until cancelled.
• Amplify — recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Includes all Align signals plus the full Amplify signal layer and two exclusive Amplify albums. Renews automatically until cancelled.
• Aether — one-time purchase. A single personalised signal built for your pattern. 12-month licensed access from the date of delivery to your app.

Subscription access ends at the close of the billing period in which cancellation is made. Signal access is not paused — it is active or it is not. No partial-period credits are issued on cancellation.

iTranscend reserves the right to add, modify, or remove signals from the library at any time. Removal of a specific signal does not constitute grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee that any specific signal will remain available for the duration of a subscription.

Aether — personalised signal.

Aether is a one-time purchase that includes a Signal Brief intake, a personalised signal built from your responses, and 12-month licensed access to that signal in the iTranscend app. The Signal Brief link is delivered to your registered email address after purchase.

By submitting the Signal Brief, you acknowledge that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Your signal will be built based solely on the responses you submit — changes to your situation after submission are not incorporated unless you purchase a renewal
• Delivery of your signal to the app will occur within 7 days of Signal Brief submission
• The signal is built for your pattern and is not transferable to another account

Aether is non-refundable once the Signal Brief link has been issued. This is because the personalisation process begins immediately on link delivery. If you experience a technical failure in receiving or accessing your signal, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

At the end of the 12-month licence period, access to your Aether signal lapses unless renewed at the returning-customer rate. Renewal includes a new Signal Brief and a refreshed signal built around your current pattern.

Payments & billing.

All prices are displayed in USD (international) or INR (India) depending on your detected location. INR prices are locally anchored and are not real-time FX conversions of USD prices. Both are independently set and reviewed annually.

Payments are processed by our payment partners:

• International orders (hardware + subscriptions + Aether) — processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record
• India hardware orders — processed by Razorpay
• India subscription orders — processed by Razorpay

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the rate applicable at the time of renewal. You will receive a renewal reminder by email before each billing date. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date through your account portal or by contacting support.

If a subscription payment fails, access is not immediately revoked. You will be notified by email and given a grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved within that period, subscription access will be suspended until payment is received.

Returns & refunds.

Hardware returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key terms are summarised below.

• Returns are available on first Node purchases only, within 30 days of delivery confirmation
• Device must be returned fully functional, undamaged, and with all original items included
• Customer bears return shipping cost — iTranscend does not provide prepaid return labels
• Subscriptions (Align, Amplify) are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• Aether is non-refundable once the Signal Brief link has been issued
• International orders returned due to refused or unpaid customs duties are not eligible for a refund
• Original shipping, handling, and customs fees paid at time of order are non-refundable

Intellectual property.

All content on itranscends.com and within the iTranscend app — including but not limited to signals, signal architecture, waveform structures, album artwork, copy, brand identity, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of iTranscend and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

Signal access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private individual use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or attempt to extract signal content from the app or Node output
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share signal access with any other person or account
• Use any signal or content for commercial purposes, public broadcast, or group facilitation without written authorisation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying architecture of any signal
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or extract content from the app or website

iTranscend retains all rights not expressly granted. Breach of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund and may give rise to legal action.

Wellness disclaimer.

iTranscend signals and the iTranscend Node are general wellness tools. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, illness, or disease. Nothing on this website, in the app, or in any iTranscend communication constitutes medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device (such as a pacemaker), are on medication, or are managing a serious health concern.

iTranscend does not make guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or timelines. Individual experience varies. Testimonials or descriptions of experience shared on this website reflect individual accounts and are not a promise of the same result for any other person.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iTranscend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any iTranscend product, service, or content — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of signal access, or physical or psychological discomfort.

iTranscend's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

iTranscend is not liable for:

• Delays or failures in delivery caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control
• Compatibility issues arising from use of the Node with unsupported devices or operating systems
• Signal access interruption caused by payment failure, account breach, or app technical issues outside our control
• Any outcome, physical, psychological, or otherwise, arising from the use of iTranscend signals
• Loss or damage to returned shipments not sent via a tracked method

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law & jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms or your use of iTranscend products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If you are an international customer, you acknowledge that by purchasing from iTranscend you are contracting with an entity based in India, and Indian law governs the relationship between us. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to these terms.

iTranscend reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. For material changes that affect active subscriptions or purchases, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the website, app, or iTranscend services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
